The Republic of Tajikistan and the Tajik people support a fair and stable system of the international community based on the methods and norms of international law, first of all, the equality of all subjects of international relations and respect for the sovereignty of states. This system meets the highest interests of all peoples and countries, global security and stability.
This was said today (12.02.2022) during a meeting of an expert on international issues Abdullahi Rakhnamo, which took place in the assembly hall of the Campus of the National University on the initiative of the university administration and the dean’s office of the Faculty of Finance and Economics in order to increase the legal and political knowledge of teachers and students in the direction region and border. During the meeting, political scientist Abdullahi Rakhnamo discussed the essence and legal basis of the position of the Republic of Tajikistan in the border dispute with the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the analytical article “The position of Tajikistan or why Tajikistan is not an aggressor state?” said and expressed that a person cannot demand the truth if he does not know it. We have title documents – the document defining the state border. That is, historical justice belongs to us.
The researcher shed light on many hidden issues of the border conflict between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan and once again proved that Tajikistan and its noble people are right in this matter legally and historically. For this reason, Tajikistan is not and cannot be an aggressor country in a border dispute. At the end of the meeting there was a question and answer session on this issue.
