Biography
Gulov Sherali Mahmadsaidovich was born on January 21, 1984 in the family of a servant. In 2001, after graduating from school, he entered the Faculty of Economics and Management of the National University of Tajikistan, and in 2006 he graduated with an honors diploma.
After graduating from the university, from September 2006 to 2014, he worked as an assistant at the department of economic theory of the National University of Tajikistan. From January 2014 to April 2020, he worked as a senior lecturer at the University Department of Economic Theory of the National University of Tajikistan. From April to August 2020, he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Economic Theory of the National University of Tajikistan. From August 2020 until now, he is acting as the head of the Department of Taxation and Taxation of the National University of Tajikistan.
In 2018, he defended his candidate’s thesis on the topic “Theoretical foundations of the development of intellectual property relations in the conditions of change (in the example of the Republic of Tajikistan)” under the supervision of Professor Qadirzoda D.B.
14 years of work experience.
